Azure Logic App Builder We are seeking an experienced Azure Logic App Builder to work on behalf of a Local authority based in the Preston area. Contract: 3-6 Month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis. Full Time Role: 37 hours per week. Location: Preston PR1 (Hybrid working) Rate of Pay: £240 - £300 per day. (Negotiable) Must have Experience of building integration via of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, and DevOps Pipelines Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer for a short-term contract to support our integration projects using Azure technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining integration services, ensuring they adhere to the agreed scope and timeline. This role involves working with the latest technologies such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure Pipelines. You will engage in multiple disciplines such as software development, DevOps, and data engineering. Responsibilities: Integration Development: Act as a Senior Software Engineer on exciting projects using the latest technologies such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure Pipelines. System Integration: Integrate various software systems and applications to ensure seamless communication and functionality. Develop and implement integration solutions using middleware and APIs. Design: Design and implement integration architecture that supports scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure integration solutions align with overall system architecture. Debugging and Maintenance: Debug and rectify software errors, monitor software performance, and maintain and improve existing applications. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts. Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure successful integration. Customer Requirements Analysis: Analyse customer requirements to ensure solutions meet their needs. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. About you: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 12 months of experience in software engineering and development. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development tools and technologies. Knowledge of object-oriented programming, databases, and web development. Knowledge of software design principles.
