We’re looking for an established ServiceNow Platform Manager to shape and lead the strategic direction of our ServiceNow ecosystem. This is a high-impact role with the scope to define and grow the platform from the ground up—working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value. What you'll be doing: Own and define the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology vision. Lead platform governance, driving best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules. Act as the senior point of accountability for ServiceNow performance, scalability, and value delivery across the enterprise. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and evangelise platform capabilities. Manage a team of ServiceNow specialists, providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to deliver a high-performing internal capability. Oversee prioritisation and delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality in partnership with business units and technical teams. Represent the platform at CXO-level forums, influencing decision-making and ensuring ServiceNow is embedded as a strategic enabler. Monitor platform usage and performance, ensuring an excellent user experience and proactive resolution of issues. What you'll bring: Deep expertise in managing ServiceNow at an enterprise level, with hands-on experience across ITSM and ITOM modules. Proven experience owning a ServiceNow roadmap and delivering platform strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and aligning technology with business priorities. Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams, including developers and system administrators. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist (or equivalent experience). A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution and operational delivery. Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL v4) and experience driving service excellence. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to operate at CXO level across a complex, multi-business environment. Location: Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park.
