Job Details:
* Assistant Regional Manager
* Joining a regional, well-established children's home provider
* Lancashire based, covering homes in: Chorley, Preston, Blackpool, Haslingden and Bury
* All homes support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours, varying in size from 2 bedded to 5 bedded homes
* Working alongside the Regional Manager to support and manage 6 direct reports
* The Regional Manager will be the RI, as the assistant will support with certain line management responsibilities and supervisions.
* Working alongside the Regional Manager you will ensure all homes are safe and effective in supporting children and young people
* You will also ensure all homes meet OFSTED regulations, striving for OUTSTANDING inspections
* Support with recruitment and management on staff, where needed
Contract Details:
* Up to £56,000
* Full-time, permanent contract
* Monday - Friday
Requirements Details:
* NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
* Ideally operations management experience within children's residential care homes
* Would consider an experienced Registered Manager who has a proven track record and are looking for the next step into an operations role
