We are currently working in partnership with one of our clients in their search for an experienced Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant. You will need to be able to evidence your experience within the role detailed above. This is a client-facing role where you will turn ideas into beautiful, functional designs - and designs into profitable sales. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline from initial enquiry to to final sign-off, balancing creative flair with strong commercial awareness. What will you be doing? Welcome and inspire clients in the showroom, creating an excellent first impression Extract detailed briefs, budgets, and style preferences, translating them into striking, realistic designs that sell Create layouts, elevations, and 3D renders using Virtual Worlds (or similar) Present designs confidently, negotiate effectively, and secure orders in line with monthly sales and margin targets Manage your CRM and follow up leads proactively to maximise conversions Keep up to date with the latest bathroom products, brands, and design trends Work closely with the Showroom Manager to maintain a smooth sales process and showroom excellence Support the brand by engaging with the local design community and promoting our work on social media What is our client looking for? Minimum 1 year of experience in bathroom sales & design. Strong knowledge of bathroom brands and current interior trends A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets Someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey. Commercially minded with a flair for creative, customer-focused solutions Confident in managing your own appointments, pipeline, and client communications Proficient in Virtual Worlds or similar CAD software Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work to tight deadlines Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
