Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategy, development, and launch of telephony, voice, and comms‑enabled solutions within our product ecosystem.
* Evaluate and validate adjacent market opportunities, identifying client needs and pain points that align with our capabilities and growth strategy.
* Assist driving go‑to‑market planning, product packaging, and commercial modelling for new products.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to test, iterate, and scale successful propositions.
* Maintain strong awareness of market and technology trends, particularly across SaaS, UCaaS, and communications solutions.
* Establish a robust framework for pilot testing, feedback capture, and iteration to drive high‑impact, low‑risk innovation.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience launching and scaling new products in adjacent or emerging markets – ideally in tech, telecoms, or SaaS, UCaaS.
* Deep understanding of telephony, voice platforms, or comms technology, including potential integrations and delivery models.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience with business case development, pricing, and partner negotiations.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and drive progress in greenfield environments.
* Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical delivery, ensuring new offerings land successfully and scale smoothly.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including B2B Sales, Engineering, Design and Marketing.
* Background in product management, advisory roles, or internal enablement within a tech‑driven organisation.
* Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data‑driven decision‑making and product experimentation.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
