HRC are delighted to be supporting our highly regarded client based in Jersey, with the hire of a Finance Systems Manager. This role can be fully remote or in Jersey, applicants must be based in the UK with full ILR status. No sponsorship.
The Role:
Finance Systems Management & Support
* Serve as the main contact for Aderant and finance system issues.
* Ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance.
* Manage user access, security settings, and AML controls.
* Resolve technical issues with IT and vendors.
* Monitor system performance and address inefficiencies.
* Stay updated on best practices via supplier communities.
Upgrades & Implementations
* Lead system upgrades and assess new Aderant features.
* Plan, test, and execute upgrades with minimal business disruption.
* Manage data migrations, integrations, and system rollouts.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes.
Training & User Support
* Develop and deliver training for all system users.
* Create user guides and best practice documentation.
* Provide ongoing support to improve system usage.
Reporting & Data Management
* Assist with data extraction and reporting from Aderant.
* Ensure financial data is structured for analysis and decision-making.
* Support compliance and audit reporting through the system.
The Candidate:
* Accountancy Qualification Desired
* Experience using Aderant System is a must
* At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role
* Strong technical expertise in system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
* Strong knowledge and experience with SQL, Excel and reporting tools (such as SSRS Report Builder and Power BI)
* Excellent communication skills
