Business Development Executive (x2) – Automotive / Trade Sales
Location: Caterham
£25,000 to £26,500 basic + commission OTE £50K+
Great career progression. We’re looking for two ambitious Business Development Executives with 1–2 years’ B2B sales experience (automotive or trade sales desirable) to join a fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
* 70% New Business / 30% Account Management
* Recruit and activate trade partners
* Drive product sales through distribution channels
* Grow existing accounts and increase revenue
* Support partners with promotions, incentives, and product adoption
Requirements
* 1–2 years’ experience in trade, distribution, or channel sales
* Confident selling to electrical wholesalers, builders’ merchants, or contractors
* Commercially astute and target-driven
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Organised and CRM-savvy (HubSpot experience helpful)
* Driver with own transport preferred
* KPI: 60 calls per day
