This role requires Strong knowledge of D365 (essential).
* Role: Interim Management Accountant
* Location: Bristol (SouthWest)
* Duration: 4 months
* Start Date: Immediate
* Day Rate: £350 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the accuracy of nominal postings and financial data.
* Support month-end close and prepare management accounts to a high standard.
* Assist with preparation for year-end audit.
* Maintain controls and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
* Engage with stakeholders across up to 10 companies/entities within the group.
* Support senior finance leadership (including CFO) with ad hoc tasks.
* Participate in process improvement and systems development (Microsoft Dynamics).
Required Skills & Experience:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Proven experience in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments.
* Strong knowledge of D365 (essential).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work remotely across multiple teams.
* Experience handling multi-entity accounting.
* Excellent communication skills for explaining financial challenges clearly.
