About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to deliver excellent service to our guests during their holiday with us. In Guest Services, you will primarily work behind the scenes on our telephone-based system, helping guests have a more entertaining and enjoyable break. You will assist guests in curating their stay by providing advice about our products and local area. If issues arise, you will use your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve concerns, logging feedback and ensuring follow-up. Additionally, our team manages the check-in experience and provides face-to-face support when needed.
Normal Working Hours
We are currently hiring full-time team members for Guest Services. Working hours are typically between 9am and 9pm on arrival days, and 9am to 5pm on other days. As we operate 7 days a week, flexibility with days and times is required to ensure excellent guest experiences.
