We are recruiting a Learning and Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need additional help staying focused and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils during lessons
* Encourage positive learning behaviours
* Deliver small group or 1:1 support
* Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff
Skills & Experience
* Experience in education or youth work is desirable
* Positive and motivational approach
* Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
