Fixed term until March 2026 £27,534 - £30,866 per annum An opportunity has arisen to join our Help Hub Triage and Assessment Team which works with individuals and families to get them to the right support and advice as soon as possible. This role is part of a UKSPF funded project aimed at improving outcomes for young people and families. The project will deliver targeted support to young people with barriers to attending education and engage with families to help tackle any wider needs which may be impacting the family's stability or affecting the young person's attendance and education. The Triage Officer role will be tasked with making initial contact with families, assessing their needs and identifying appropriate forms of support. The project will be delivered in partnership with Children's Services, schools and youth service providers. About You The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of services and support available to young people and their families, with demonstrable experience of dealing with vulnerable or challenging customers. You will have the ability to exercise judgement in a range of scenarios, including working with different organisations. You will also have proficient numeracy and literacy skills, together with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Why Work With Us?
