Responsibilities
* To provide high quality nursing care and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care needs for patients with a learning disability across Black Country Healthcare.
* To carry out all appropriate care interventions and assume the role of nurse-in-charge or care lead as required.
* To supervise junior staff, including students.
* To apply enhanced knowledge, skills, experience and leadership appropriate to the care setting.
* To play an active part in providing up to date, research nursing based care to patients with learning disabilities, which improves lives and provides a positive experience for patients.
