At Cathedral View, we’re looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our vibrant team. This role focuses on evenings and weekends, where you’ll be a key part of helping people live independently, confidently, and joyfully.

🚀 Your Journey Starts Here:

We’ll welcome you with a 3-week induction and a friendly buddy to guide you every step of the way. Your start date will follow a successful enhanced DBS and recruitment checks.

We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed
