Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Car Manager based in the North West Region of our Nissan Franchise. The role involves managing and overseeing New vehicle sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective sales processes. The New Car Manager will handle customer interactions, manage sales teams, and ensure OEM and Dealership targets and objectives are met to drive the ongoing success of the business.
Qualifications
* Strong background in New Car Vehicle Sales and familiarity with Sales Processes
* Proven customer service and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Experience and expertise in Sales and managing high-performing teams
* Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
* Ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding results
* Knowledge of the local automotive market and trends is an advantage
* Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred
