Kids Planet Southfield is recruiting a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator for a flexible role on an as‑needed basis. The position will involve working with our team to deliver high‑quality care, create engaging activities, maintain routines, and build positive relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS.
* Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery.
* Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or enthusiasm to learn more.
* Knowledge of safeguarding children.
* Enhanced DBS check required; all staff and volunteers are required to have a Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate.
