The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our client service team. You will:
* Lead Projects: Manage timelines, deliver on KPIs/SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
* Drive Solutions: Oversee capacity planning, escalate resource needs, and develop client relationships.
* Foster Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services with existing and new customers.
