Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. This will include identifying new business opportunities and developing current customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
* Manage and develop a high-performing sales team. This will involve setting clear goals, objectives and KPIs, whilst also providing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
* Establish and oversee the achievement of a sales pipeline, targets, and revenue and profit goals.
* Work closely with marketing, product development and other departments such as operations and finance to ensure the sales efforts are aligned with the overall company strategy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.


Qualifications & Experience

* Experience in managing sales teams.
* 10 years of sales experience and 5 years of sales leadership experience.
* Basic cost and financial data collection and interpretation.
* Experience in detailed report building.
* Degree level qualification (desirable).
* Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points.
* 5 year checkable employment history.
* Right to work in UK and no disqualifying convictions for working airside.
