Our client is a respected national charity with a complex financial operation and multiple funding streams.
Job Description
· Lead the finance team, ensuring effective financial management and governance across the charity.· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.· Maintain and enhance financial systems, processes, and internal controls.· Provide clear financial guidance to senior leaders and trustees.· Support long-term planning and strategic initiatives through financial insight and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).· Extensive experience in charity or not-for-profit finance.· Proven track record in a Director of Finance or senior finance leadership role.· Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.· Excellent communicator, able to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
What's on Offer
