Residential Development Associate – Newcastle/Manchester/Leeds
An established national law firm with a strong reputation in the property sector is looking to appoint a Senior Associate (c.4–6 PQE+) into its specialist Residential Development team.
This role offers the chance to join a large, market-leading practice acting for many of the UK’s top housebuilders and developers, advising across the full lifecycle of major residential and mixed-use schemes.
The Opportunity:

* Work on high-value residential and regeneration projects, from site acquisition and planning through to disposal
* Draft and negotiate option and promotion agreements, joint ventures, overage deeds and associated funding arrangements
* Advise on disposals of affordable housing and bulk sales to PRS and build-to-rent providers
* Supervise and support Junior Solicitors and Trainees, with genuine opportunities for career progression
* Engage in business development and client relationship management within a dynamic, forward-thinking team
