Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting Mentors in Dorchester to work with learners from Key Stage 3 up to Post-16. This is a creative and fulfilling role where you'll build strong, trusting relationships and help young people engage in activities that inspire them-whether personal, educational, or career-focused. As a Mentor, you will: Support young people to build confidence, develop life skills, and explore their interests. Plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessions that motivate and empower learners. Help learners set and work towards goals for their personal, academic, or professional development. Foster positive relationships and act as a consistent, reliable role model.
