Run targeted group work to close gaps and to extend pupils demonstrating higher attainment. Collaborate with TAs and phase leads to ensure consistency and continuity across Year 3. Maintain thorough records, contribute to moderation and report pupil progress to families. Support enrichment activities and whole-school events within Redbridge. Person specification Qualified teacher with demonstrable KS2 experience and a track record in Year 3. Strong subject knowledge, reliable behaviour-management and excellent organisational skills.
