JOB: Maintenance and Service Engineer
Location: Multiple Locations Available: Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hartford
Term: Permanent
Salary: GBP 36,000 - GBP 40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Role Overview
My client designs, engineers and manufactures bespoke automation systems for a global client base. They are looking for a Maintenance and Service Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Installation of control panels and electrical systems
* Automated control and security systems commissioning and servicing
* Managing wiring processes
* Providing breakdown support
* Travel throughout the UK (local area based on your location)
Qualifications
* Mechanical and/or Electrical background
* Fault-finding and preventative maintenance experience
* Ability to understand drawings
* Experience in Controls/Gate Automation/Barrier Automation
* Knowledge of industrial control systems and PLCs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about their work and keen to progress
