The Company
A well-established and growing international business with operations across the UK and Ireland. With continued expansion across the UK, they are now looking to add an Accounts Receivable Administrator to their busy commercial finance team at their Welwyn Garden City head office.
The Role
This is a hands-on accounts administration role with a strong focus on accounts receivable and billing. Working as part of a collaborative commercial finance team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Generating, preparing and issuing accurate invoices to clients in line with service agreements
* Maintaining customer billing records, master data and supporting documentation within the accounting systems
* Managing data uploads via customer portals where applicable
* Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on invoicing and billing queries
* Liaising with Sales, Operations and Credit Control to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
* Supporting cost recovery activity including data entry and reporting
* Ensuring all invoicing practices comply with company policies and internal controls
* Maintaining well-organised digital and physical filing systems for all billing documentation
