Job Details:
1. Pay: Competitive salary plus 15% annual company bonus
2. Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, Day role

Job Role: This is a senior operational position with responsibility for day-to-day manufacturing performance across safety, quality, cost and delivery. As a Production Manager, you will lead manufacturing teams, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Manager will work closely with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain functions to improve efficiency, reduce waste and support ongoing business growth.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
5. Proven experience as a Production Manager or senior manufacturing leader within pharmaceutical manufacturing
6. Strong background in leading and optimising manufacturing operations with a focus on productivity and cost control
7. Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and develop operational teams
8. Experience managing budgets and delivering against demanding deadlines and targets
9. In-depth knowledge of GMP, QMS, RCA, CAPA and regulatory cGMP audits
10. Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
11. Degree or equivalent, ideally in a science-based subject
12. Experience within biopharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing
13. Exposure to freeze-drying technology
14. ILM Level 5 (Leadership & Management) or equivalent
15. Formal Lean / Continuous Improvement qualifications
