Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Credit Management department. Your responsibilities will include processing credit notes, managing customer accounts, reconciling ledgers, and ensuring timely collection of payments in line with company policies. You'll handle customer queries, open new accounts, mirror invoice data onto third-party systems, and maintain accurate financial records.
