Personnel Selection are assisting in the recruitment of a Temporary Powder Coating Technician. The salary will be between £13ph to £15.50ph depending on experience. This is a long term ongoing temporary role which may lead to a permanent position later down the line. You will be working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and have a early finish on Fridays. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality finishes, works well at pace, and understands the importance of safety, consistency, and attention to detail. Previous experience of working as a Powder Coater is essential. Happy to work in a physically demanding role. Prepare metal components for coating, including cleaning, degreasing, masking, hanging, and surface prep. Apply powder coating to a high standard using spray equipment and booth systems. Operate curing ovens and monitor times and temperatures. Check finished items for coverage, colour, thickness, and overall finish quality.
