4. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

6. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate reporting.
7. Ensure all statutory deductions, such as taxes and pensions, are correctly applied.
8. Support the preparation of payroll summaries and reports as required.
9. Update and maintain payroll systems with employee details and changes.
10. Assist with year-end payroll processes and audits.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Assistant should have:
