Job Description
International privately owned group are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Interim Financial Controller asap for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with the majority of each week spent working from their Oxfordshire head office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform wholesale review of financial balance sheet, across all entities
* Develop a robust set of operational monthly finance processes
* Work with finance leadership to ensure effective internal controls are in place
* Lead on annual audit process and support finance systems improvement agenda
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Accountant
* Experience as a Financial Controller for a multi-entity and multi-currency business
* Hands-on experience of group consolidation work and strong ERP skills
* Proven ability to handle a number of priorities, combined with excellent communication skills
