Role Overview
The Performance Reporting Manager is a key role in supporting the shaping of the company's strategic direction, optimising performance outcomes, and contributing to a culture of excellence and growth. The role includes leading a team responsible for the creation, analysis, and dissemination of key performance reports across critical teams such as Field Operations, Asset Management, Connections and Customer Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and performance management, with an ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
Role Responsibilities
1. Performance Strategy Setting: Set and overseen the implementation of a strategy to improve how performance is managed through the organisation, supporting the shift towards a data driven culture.
