Our client is a well-established Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, cloud solutions, and infrastructure projects to a broad range of SME and mid-market businesses across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join their technical team. This is a varied and client-facing position, combining 2nd and 3rd line support responsibilities with project delivery, consultancy, and onsite customer engagement.
The Role
As a Senior IT Engineer, you will act as a senior technical escalation point while working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing 2nd and 3rd line support across a wide range of customer environments
2. Investigating and resolving complex technical issues
3. Delivering infrastructure, cloud, migration, and modernisation projects
4. Conducting client discovery meetings and technical consultations
5. Gathering business and technical requirements
