Job Opportunity: In-House Legal Advisor
We are seeking a qualified solicitor in English law with approximately 4+ years of PQE to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Head of Legal Services in providing pragmatic legal advice to the Ruskin Mill Trust Group and Ruskin Mill Land Trust Group, focusing on risk mitigation related to legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance issues.
Main Duties:
1. Provide professional legal support to Trustees and senior leaders, with a focus on property matters, collaborating with external specialists as needed.
2. Lead on property legal matters across the Trust, assisting with capital development projects and managing property acquisitions.
3. Network internally and externally to identify and implement best practices through policy development.
