What You'll Do:
1. Run and Optimise Paid Campaigns: Manage campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google to drive lead generation for webinars and events.
2. Working with large budgets
3. Performance Monitoring: Keep a daily eye on performance and adjust budgets accordingly to maximise ROI
4. Creative Testing: Experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to discover what resonates best
5. Funnel Improvement: Boost conversion rates by enhancing the entire funnel, from clicks to registrations to event attendance
6. Lead Magnet Development: Create and test engaging lead magnets that attract potential customers
7. Data Analysis: Dive into performance data, report insights clearly, and make recommendations for improvement
8. Campaign Scaling: Identify winning campaigns and strategise to scale them effectively
9. Collaboration: Work closely with copy and design teams to enhance overall results
