Capital Allowances is a form of tax relief available on virtually all types of commercial property expenditure, including property acquisitions, new builds and refurbishment schemes. Our Capital Allowances specialists are dual qualified in property and tax and work with clients across all sectors. From initial design to end of development, or as part of due diligence, we assist clients in optimising their tax position, considering designs, contract structuring and transaction documentation.

As a graduate you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including client meetings, researching entitlement and tax history on property transactions, formulating acquisition claims, applying tax treatment to capital project expenditure, and delivering claim reports to a high standard to meet client expectations.

This 2-year programme is for graduates who want to specialise in Capital Allowances. We provide structured training and support to gain the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Taxation Allowances pathway.
