Here at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, we provide a supported living service for up to 6 adults aged 18 to 48. The people we support have learning disabilities, ASD, and other health needs.

What you’ll be doing:
* Promoting and supporting independent living skills.
* Encouraging choice and involvement.
* Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
* Supporting with a small amount of personal care.
* Shifts will take place between the hours of 10pm and 8am on a 2 week rolling rota.
Who you are:
* Flexibility is needed to work across all shift patterns.
* Highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Team player.
* Willing to learn.
* Experience preferred but not essential.
