Marketing Assistant
Location: Cobham (Hybrid working available) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
Reed Marketing and Creative have partnered with a fantastic company who are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join the growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their marketing career within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, help manage digital channels, and play a key role in promoting our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
* Manage and update company social media channels and website content
* Create engaging content including emails, blogs, and promotional materials
* Support email marketing campaigns and track performance
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Assist with events, promotions, and brand initiatives
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
About You
* Previous experience in a marketing role or internship (desirable)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with an eye for detail
* Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
* Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics (preferred)
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A team player with a positive attitude
