Duties
1. Handling inbound (sales) calls, taking orders and responding to queries from customers
2. Chasing and checking progress of orders, working closely with Purchasing/Sales
3. Manager supporting sales operations to help process orders, invoices, etc
4. Following leads given by the external sales team
5. Building long lasting client relationships
6. Exceptional communication skills and closing a sale over the phone
7. Any other job when and as required by Purchasing and Sales Manager
8. To log customer complaints and process as necessary
Skills:
9. At least one year’s work experience in an admin role within a sales environment OR as a Graduate looking to embark into a new career path
10. Cold calling and logging calls made
11. Knowledge of HubSpot would be advantageous
12. Able to build and maintain good relationships with peer group, colleagues, customers, suppliers
13. Excellent communication skills, with good time management and organisational skills
14. Reliable and hardworking, proficient in MS Office
15. Confident using the telephone to resolve progression of opportunities and customer issues
16. Must be flexible with working hours
