We're seeking an exceptional Palantir Services Director to lead and shape our entire Palantir capability. As one of Palantir's most trusted partners, we deliver national-scale transformation in Defence, Healthcare, and Enterprise using Foundry and AIP. This is your opportunity to own the strategy behind a rapidly growing Palantir venture.
This leadership role blends consulting excellence, business development, and technical assurance. You'll shape our Palantir offerings, grow our client footprint, guide our partnership with Palantir, and ensure our community of practice continues to thrive and scale.

Defence and National Security: Deliver advanced analytics and situational awareness that supports military operations and protects the nation, providing mission commanders with real‑time data for critical decisions.
Healthcare: Transform patient care by building robust, governed Palantir solutions that enable analysis of complex data to create tailored care pathways and better patient outcomes.
Government and Enterprise: Apply cutting‑edge data and AI capabilities to solve complex, high‑stakes challenges, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Drive Palantir strategy, roadmap, and capability development plans
* Serve as the senior expert in Palantir Foundry and AIP delivery across technical, strategic, and business domains
* Lead and shape offerings, accelerators, and solution templates aligned to Palantir's evolving roadmap
* Own strategic relationships with Palantir, including partner governance, product roadmap alignment, and co‑marketing initiatives
* Lead commercial pursuits: qualifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and closing deals with sector sales teams
* Act as senior sponsor and assurance lead for high‑impact engagements, ensuring delivery excellence
* Foster a strong community of practice, leading internal development and mentoring engineers and strategists
* Represent the organisation in thought leadership forums, customer briefings, and partner events
* Bootstrap and scale the growing Palantir business
* Proven track record delivering complex Palantir Foundry or AIP solutions at scale
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise transformation programmes with Palantir
* Deep understanding of Palantir platform capabilities, delivery models, implementation risk, and scalability
* Demonstrable leadership in business development, including proposal writing, pre‑sales, and vendor partnerships
* Experience mentoring senior team members and building internal capability and delivery culture
* Ability to communicate and influence at executive level with senior government and industry stakeholders
* Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to connect platform capabilities with client goals
* Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance (mandatory requirement - typically requires five years UK residency)
* Experience working directly with Palantir as a partner, client, or employee
* Thought leadership in data platforms, responsible AI, or data‑driven transformation
* Experience shaping go‑to‑market strategies and co‑selling with vendors
* Established public speaker, blog contributor, or community leader in the Palantir space
* Experience setting up Centres of Excellence or managed services for platform delivery
* Willingness to work on Defence or national security projects
* Existing UK Security Clearance (SC or above)
