We are one of the UK’s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare, employing over 4,000 staff. We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to work at Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch.
Responsibilities
* Support clients with daily activities
* Assist with care plans to establish routine
* Ensure clients feel safe and stable in their day‑to‑day care
* Provide personal care
* Administer medication when required (subject to medical approval)
Requirements
* Experience in care is required
* Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
* Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and time‑keeping
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Self‑confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
* Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi‑site working
Work Hours & Pay
* Full‑time hours – 42 hours per week
* Rotating rota with every other weekend off
* Day and night shifts available
* Pay: £12.83 per hour, £28,098 per annum
* Pro‑rata annual salary: £30,331.58 (FTE) + 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
