Job Title: New Club Performance Manager (UK & Ireland)

Reports to: Director of Projects & Development, UK & Ireland

Location: London/Regional – regular travel to London HQ and franchise locations required

Salary & Contract Type: £40,000-£45,000 per annum (DOE), Full-Time

Role Description

The New Club Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful commercial and operational launch of all new Snap Fitness clubs across the UK & Ireland.


This role owns the performance window from 90 days pre-opening to 30 days post-opening, ensuring every club:


* Launches with record breaking member numbers on opening
* Is fully staffed with the right people in the right roles
* Has all Snap Fitness systems fully integrated and operational
* Meets all brand, operational, and compliance standards
* Is successfully transitioned back to the Operations team once stable and performing


In addition, the role leads structured relaunch programmes for modernised clubs to ensure commercial uplift and renewed market momentum.


This is a performance-led role focused on opening clubs successfully, profitably and with strong foundations.


Key Responsibilities:

New Club Performance Delivery (90 Days Pre-Opening to 30 Days Post-Opening)

* Build and execute structured 90-day presale strategies
* Drive achievement of record-breaking member numbers at or within the defined launch window
* Track and report on presale KPIs including leads, appointments, conversion rates, yield per member and revenue targets
* Coordinate launch readiness across all operational areas
* Oversee launch week execution and opening day delivery
* Maintain performance oversight through the first 30 days of trade



Franchisee Readiness & Operational Execution

* Support franchisees through structured opening roadmaps
* Guide franchisees through the correct recruitment of key club management roles
* Confirm all team members complete required training programmes
* Validate implementation of Snap Fitness SOPs and operational playbooks
* Conduct formal pre-opening readiness audits
* Confirm compliance with brand standards and operational frameworks



Modernised Club Relaunch Leadership

* Lead performance-driven relaunch plans for modernised clubs
* Coach club teams on all necessary commercial activity and member engagement strategies
* Drive membership growth and revenue uplift post-modernisation
* Position relaunch as a commercial event, not simply a refurbishment



Structured Handover to Operations

* Monitor early trading KPIs across first 30 days
* Assess staffing performance and operational stability
* Conduct formal handover review with Lift Brands Operations Team
* Provide documented performance summary and transition plan


Skills & Experience Required:

* Experience in fitness multi-site operations, franchise performance or new site openings
* Strong commercial understanding of presale strategy and member acquisition
* Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
* Confident communicator with franchisees and senior stakeholders
* Strong planning, coordination and accountability skills
* Familiarity with membership management platforms and CRM systems
* Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve performance metrics


Travel Requirements:

* Regular travel to clubs/franchise locations is required (approximately two days per week). A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
* Attendance at London HQ office is required every Tuesday, and additionally on Wednesdays during the first week of each month.
