Role – We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major ServiceNow transformation and migration programme, focused on modernising legacy ITSM processes and implementing AI-enabled capabilities across enterprise operations. This role will drive the successful migration of legacy workflows onto a strategic ServiceNow platform, ensuring process standardisation, operational optimisation, and alignment with enterprise governance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Programme Leadership & Delivery
o Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives, including:
+ Planning and governance
+ Delivery execution
+ Risk and dependency management
+ Budget and resource control
o Manage complex migration programmes across multiple IT and operational domains
* ServiceNow Transformation & Migration
o Oversee migration and transformation activities across:
+ Software Asset Management (SAM)
+ Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
+ Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
+ Patch Management
+ Cloud Workflows
+ End-to-End process integration
o Drive standardisation and optimisation of legacy processes using native ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
* Stakeholder & Vendor Management
o Collaborate with:
+ IT Operations teams
+ Asset Management and Risk teams
+ Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
+ Business stakeholders and delivery partners
o Manage relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors
* Change Management & Adoption
o Lead organisational change initiatives, including:
+ Communication and engagement plans
+ Training and adoption strategies
+ Operational readiness activities
o Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new ServiceNow-based processes
* Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance
o Ensure all solutions align with:
+ Enterprise governance standards
+ Regulatory and audit requirements
+ Data integrity and compliance controls
o Oversee:
+ UAT and integration testing
+ Performance and migration validation
+ Defect management and resolution
Key Skills:
* 5+ years’ experience delivering complex IT transformation programmes
* Strong experience leading:
o ServiceNow implementation and migration programmes
o Enterprise ITSM transformation initiatives
* Deep understanding of:
o ITIL processes and service management frameworks
o ServiceNow platform capabilities
* Experience across:
o ITSM
o SAM
o HAM
o IRM / GRC
o Cloud workflow environments
* Proven ability to manage:
o Large-scale migration programmes
o Cross-functional delivery teams
o Complex dependencies and governance requirements
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
