Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday – no weekend shifts

What You'll Receive

The Role
You will be a key member of our busy independent workshop, delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on German vehicles and other makes. Using dealer-level tooling and advanced diagnostic systems, you'll ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.
Key Duties
* Perform servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
* Use advanced diagnostic software and specialist tools
* Ensure all work meets professional and manufacturer standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Stay up to date with modern automotive technology, including hybrid and EV systems
What You Bring
* NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance
* Strong experience in diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs
* Experience with German brands or VAG vehicles preferred
* Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems, or willingness to train
* Full UK driving licence
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team-focused mindset
* Experience with supercars is a bonus but not essential
