This role is exclusively focused on direct-response ad creative for Meta and TikTok—NOT organic social. You will be responsible for ideating, scripting, structuring, and optimising high-performing video creatives that drive scale, lower CPA, and expand our paid acquisition channels. Working closely with our freelance video editors, you’ll ensure every asset is strategically crafted, fast-paced, thumb-stopping and engineered for conversions. This is a key role for scaling the paid media engine. Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Ideation Develop end-to-end paid social creative strategies for Meta & TikTok (no organic content). Analyse performance data weekly to identify winning hooks, angles, structures, and concepts. Continuously research competitor ads, market trends, and consumer psychology to fuel creative direction.
