About the Role
As a key player in our kitchen, you will report directly to the Kitchen Manager and help lead a dynamic team of up to 15 passionate individuals. Your mission? To make our guests smile! You’ll ensure that every operational decision keeps our guests at the heart of it all.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource Planning: Recruit and select the best talent to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
* Exceptional Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
* Financial Performance: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
* Health & Safety: Uphold food hygiene standards and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
* Team Development: Inspire and train your team to embody Butlin’s unique way of working.
