My client, based in Coventry, are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property department.
The role involves providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support and assisting with commercial property matters.
Key Duties
1. Providing secretarial support to commercial property solicitors
2. Typing and preparing legal documents and correspondence
3. Opening, maintaining, and closing files
4. Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
5. Dealing with phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
6. Assisting with commercial property transactions, including leases and sales
7. Liaising with clients and third parties
8. General admin tasks such as filing, billing support, and time recording
The Candidate
9. Previous legal secretarial experience, in commercial or residential property
10. Good typing skills and attention to detail
11. Familiarity with legal documents and procedures
12. Competent with Microsoft Office and case management systems
13. Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
