We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a reputable team based in their Sheffield or Barnsley office. Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
* Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and network with potential clients.
* Casework: Handle a busy caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters; sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters.
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Referrer Relationships: You understand the importance of referrer relationships and have experience in managing them, whilst understanding the importance of integrity and independence.
* Problem-solver: You can think on your feet and work well under pressure, especially during busy periods.
* Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key in this role, and your eagle eye will ensure nothing is missed.
