Description
Team Coordination
Provide high quality administrative and diary support to senior staff and project teams.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Support project delivery through document management, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist with reports, bids, presentations, and design documentation (formatting, proofreading, sourcing information).
Support operational and financial processes including expenses, purchase orders, and resourcing coordination.
Collaborate across offices and support teams, providing cover when needed and contributing to process improvements.
Recruitment Coordination
Post approved job adverts and liaise with recruitment agencies.
Acknowledge applications and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates and interviewers.
Prepare and distribute interview packs and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
Profile
A successful Team Coordinator should have:
Educated to A‑Level standard (or equivalent).
Minimum 2+ year's experience in a team support or secretarial role.
Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Touch typing at a minimum of 60 wpm.
Job Offer
