We’relooking for a proactive anddata drivenPerformance Marketing Executive to join ourGeorgeteam on a 9 monthfixed termcontract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading retailer across both fashion and home categories, helping to drive growth throughbest in classperformance marketing.
You’llplay a key role in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across paid search, paid social, and affiliates, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business priorities.
This role sits at the heart of a collaborative, creative environment.You’llwork closely with our Brand, Creative, and Ecommerce teams, as well as our external media agency, to bring campaigns to life and support the ongoing development of our performance marketing strategy.
You will:
1. Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels to deliver against performance KPIs.
2. Manageday todaycampaign delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
3. Collaborate with the media agency to support strategic planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
4. Partner with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Ecommerce) to ensure campaigns are aligned with trading priorities, product launches, and creative direction.
5. Monitor performance daily,identifyingtrends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
6. Support the creation of campaign briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec.
7. Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
8. Stay up to date with platform developments, competitor activity, and emergingperformance marketingtrends.

9. Experience working in a performance marketing role, either inhouse or agency side.
10. Hands on knowledge ofpaid search,paid social, and affiliate marketing.
11. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear actions.
12. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
13. Confident communicator who enjoys workingcross functionally.
14. Comfortable working in afast pacedretail environment.
15. Proactive, curious, and eager to test, learn, and optimise.
