An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in Bangor, North Wales. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties Include:
1. Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care.
2. Mentor and assist team members.
3. Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription.
4. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
5. Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users, and providers of the service.
6. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assist in their implementation and review.
7. Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients.
8. Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in renal nursing (full training will be provided).
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues.
4. Ability to adapt to change within the working situation.
5. Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible.
6. Able to work effectively within a team.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP 30,000 - GBP 35,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role working day shifts from Monday to Saturday. Benefits include:
