Responsibilities
- Managing the full lifecycle delivery of control and automation projects
- Leading projects involving PLC, SCADA and integrated control systems
- Managing project scope, budgets, schedules and commercial performance
- Coordinating engineering resources and supporting multidisciplinary project teams
- Building strong relationships with customers and managing expectations throughout delivery
- Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Supporting commissioning activities and managing project close‑out
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Control Systems Engineer, Automation Engineer or SCADA Engineer with a strong understanding of PLC and SCADA systems
- Experience delivering industrial automation projects within sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, process industries or infrastructure
- Previous project management experience, either in a dedicated Project Manager role or as a Lead or Senior Engineer managing projects
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, scope and change control
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple priorities
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and delivering successful outcomes
