Part Time Sales Assistant/Barista: 20 hours per week over 5 days. Shifts between 06:30-18:30 (Typical shifts to be either 7 am -11 am or 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm). As a Sales Assistant/Barista at Smith’s Family Kitchen you’ll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. Smith’s Family Kitchen offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced as well as offering fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go. What being a Barista is all about? Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability and service Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop.
